CF72R is a large capacity low-speed refrigerated centrifuge with advanced technology and reliable performance. lt's popular for many years, 7-inch HD touch screen and user-friendly Ul. With max. capacity 6x2400ml, it's the first choice in the fields of blood banks, pharmacy and biological products.
Features:
- Large capacity: Up to 6x2400ml capacity, it can separating 14.4L sample in one cycle, which greatly improves the production efficiency.
- Safe Structure: The overall unit has passed MCA, (Maximum Credible Accident test) After MCA is generated, the centrifuge door lid shall not be opened, and no solid greater than 0.5mm shall blown out of the centrifuge chamber, the position movement shall not exceed 30cm, ensure the personal safety of instrument operator to the greatest extent. (MCA test video can be provided).
- Reliable Material: Centrifuge chamber adopt 2mm thick 316L stainless steel, Housing (3mm Q235 steel), Containment (22mm Q235 steel), Diaphragmin door lid (2.5mm Q235 steel).
- Energy saving: Dynamic compressor control (DCC) technology for optirmized cooing performance. When the door lid is opened, the compressor is closed or the sleep time can be set to save energy, Rotor with windshield, little friction and generates little heat.
- Built-in safety: Featuring multiple protection , such as automatic rotor identifcation, imbalance protection, over-speed protection, over temperature protection, motor overheating protection, door lid protection and so on.
- Extensible: The system adopts unified and standard Etheret communication interface and provides key parameter point table, to facilitate systemexpansion and bring data into system monitoring.
- Programmable: Save up to 2000 user-defIned program. Users can name each program to distinguish it. Each program can be divided into 5 steps ( set speed, time, temperature), to meet the diversified experimental needs.
- ACC/DEC Rates: Featuring 10 acceleration and 11 deceleration rates, to prevent the sample from second emulsion or turbid, and achieve best centrifugal effect.
- Main interface function: In manual mode, the centrifuge parameters can be set quickly, and the G-force and speed can be switched by just touch the key. For the online monitoring of temperature and speed, the stability of temperature and speed during spinning can be viewed through the curve.
- Powerful System Setting Function: Running data, error code record and operation record can be stored through the system setting. Chinese / English operation language optional. And user authority management and other characteristic functions can be managed as welL.
