Pneumatic Diaphragm Transfer Pump is an air-operated pump that uses an air valve to direct compressed air back and forth between the two sides of the pump. Air-operated diaphragm pumps can pump liquids of low, medium or high viscosity, as well as liquids containing suspended solids. Lab1st offers a variety of peristaltic pumps, from the PP series to the BT series and the TYD series syringe pump, to meet the needs of different laboratory or industrial applications. All pumps feature a reliable and efficient motor for accurate liquid transfer.
The PP series peristaltic pump module is designed for reliable, long-term performance with a rotation range of 0.1-150 rpm and a speed resolution of 0.1 rpm. With an ambient temperature range of 0-40°C and optimum ambient humidity of <80%, this series pump module has an IP grade of IP31.
The BT series perstaltic pump adopts high quality closed-loop stepper motor drive. Through Lab1st APP software, the pump can be controlled remotely and running status can be monitored in real time. RS485 communication, MODBUS protocol is available，can be connected to upper computers such as computers, single-chip microcomputers, PLCs,
frequency converters, and human-machine interfaces through a variety of signal modes to achieve systematic centralized control.
The TYD series perstaltic syringe pump can assembly assembly 1～10 plastic syringes or gas tight syringes, size range of syringe 10μl～140ml，flow range 0.184nl/min～173.718ml/min. By using excellent control system and precision mechanical structure, linear travel accuracy<± 0.35%, multiple working modes are available. It is very suitable for high precision micro-transmission of various fluids in scientific research and experiment.
