Incoming materials(returns or repairs) must be pre-approved by our product return department, please following the next steps to ensure your shipment will not be refused.
Can I return the products?
Starting from the date of receiving the package, you will have 7 calendar days to open and click all the boxes and packages. Please report any missing or broken piece during the period with pictures or videos, we will ship the replacement ASAP, please properly packed the products in origin box. Lab1st will not be responsible for damage occurs in your shipment to us, due to improper packing.
For Non-defective and unused returned products, a 15% restocking fee will be applied. You need to send back the good in original packing, otherwise, an additional 5% package fee will be deducted.
Products that have damages or missing any accessories caused by the customers won't be accepted by returns. We cannot accept the returns of customized items, either. We, in our sole and absolute discretion, shall have the final say on whether a product is defective or customized.

Who pays for the shipping cost?
If the product is damaged because of the shipment, please contact us and send us the unboxing pictures or videos within 7 days of receiving the good(s), and we will bear the shipping cost. However, if you don't like the product(s) any more and want to return it(them), please pay for the shipping fee.
When shall I send back the product(s)?
You have 7 days from the date we approve your return application to send the product(s), and please contact us timely to get our delivery address. The goods including manuals, packing materials, etc. should be returned in the original condition they are received.
How and when can I get the refund?
You will receive a confirming email after we receive and check the returned items. Your money will be returned by the same method used to make the original payment.
How do I cancel an order?
If you need to cancel your order before it is shipped, here’s how our policy works:
- Cancellation within 0-12 hours [business day]: if you cancel your order within the first 12 hours after placing it, we'll issue a full refund without any fees. Just let us know as soon as possible!
- Cancellation within 12-72 hours [business day]: if you decide to cancel your order within 12 to 72 hours after placing it, we’ll need to deduct a 10% cancellation fee to cover processing costs.
- Cancellation after 72 hours [business day] of placing the order but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee will be charged. This fee covers additional costs incurred during preparation, including production and material sourcing.
