Collection: Bioreaction

There are many different types of bioreactors available in the market today and choosing the right bioreactor system is crucial for cell culture and microbial research success. The choice of bioreactor system to use highly depend on the type of products to be produced, the desired product, the process of culture, and the product density.

Glass bioreactors are laboratory devices used to facilitate chemical reactions of biological materials. They enable the precise control of factors such as oxygen, temperature, and pH to support a wide range of research and production applications. The superior visibility of glass components offers enhanced monitoring of reactions. Lab1st provides 1L, 2L, 3L, 5L, 7L and 15L glass bioreactors.

Stainless steel bioreactors are engineered with precision for optimal performance. They offers durability and reliability, thanks to their corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction which ensures long-term operation. Their advanced design provides efficient mixing and stirring, and are suitable for a wide range of applications.

Benchtop Bioreactor

Benchtop Bioreactor

A glass bioreactor is a device used in biochemical research for cell culture and other applications. It features an airtight enclosed glass vessel, enabling precise control of temperature, pH, and other parameters necessary for optimal growth of cells. Its superior design ensures reliable and reproducible results.

Lab1st offers BR100-C1 and BR100-M1 series single channel glass bioreactors. BR100-C(M) series Benchtop bioreactor is one of the lightest and most compact of all similar bioreactors available in the market. The control tower has at least four built-in peristaltic pumps which are configurable for automated fluid addition. On the basis of standard controllers, we provide controllers with different functions for microbial research (M) and animal and plant cell culture (C) respectively.

Lab1st BR100-C1 Series Glass Reactor is suitable for cell culture which has 4 gas inlets (Air + O2 + N2 + CO2), allowing for precise control of the atmospheric conditions inside the reactor. Its reliable design ensures consistent results, making it an ideal choice for research applications. Lab1st BR100-M1 Series Glass Reactor is suitable for Microbial Fermentation which has 2 gas inlets (Air +O2), offering a greater range of options for controlling environment parameters like temperature and pH.

In addition, it’s available in flexible configuration to suit your needs. For instance, you can customize sterilization in place (SIP) or autoclave sterilization, magnetic or mechanical driven, adding illumination to realize plantcell culture. If you need customized, pls contact us.
