To cancel an order, please submit a Support Form with “Cancel/Change Order” as reason for inquiry. Please include your order number in the body or subject line of the email to help us resolve the issue right away. Since orders often ship in 3--7 days after they are placed, it is important to contact us as soon as possible so that we can stop the order before it ships. Once the order is picked up we cannot cancel the order, but we can initiate a return. Please be aware that if the product is customized and there are no quality problems, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once the customization is completed.

What I like: Very easy to assemble. Convenient low to high speed levels, and speed dial moves very smoothly. Low noise level. Mixing is very powerful and gives good homogeneity.
What I don't like: nothing. The mixer is worth its monetary value and great for starters.
Ordered the Stirrer and it has a great variable speed control to be able to adjust the mixing as needed. I would recommend this product!
I ordered the overhead stiffer for a small lab atmosphere, it was mounted to a base we had from a previous mixer. The unit functions as expected, there are no issues - noting we have been using it five days a week for the last month.
