The Lab1st JGR-F series is more versatile than other series as it has three functions: reaction, crystallization and filtration. JGR-F series is made of high borosilicate glass amd equipped with PTFE seals, ensuring clean and long lifespan. It can be operated under a wide range of temperature from -80℃ to 200℃ and the stirring motor is 120W, bringing you remarkable performance. In addition, with a filter base at the bottom of the glass vessel, you no longer need to transfer material, hence largely reduces material losses.

How long is the warranty period and what does it cover?
- We provide a one-year warranty, but consumables not included, like glassware, filter, etc.

If I need to ship to an address outside the United States, can you provide door-to-door delivery service?
- Yes, we could also ship to your door, just contact us (eshop@lab1st.com or 844-4522178) for the real-time freight.

What's the delivery time?
- For the standard one, we just need 3--10 business days to handle the order, another 3--7 business days ship to your door via Express or 20--30 business days to your door via Sea Shipping.
- For the customized one, it will depends on the complexity.

We also provide Sea Shipping — please contact us at eshop@lab1st.com or chat with us online for real-time shipping cost. Please note that we are closed on weekends and holidays.
If the merchandise is in stock, we will ship it within 3 to 7 business days for Standard Shipping and about 20 to 30 business days for Sea Shipping. If it is out of stock, we will inform you of the estimated delivery time according to different products. All orders will be processed within 2 days (handling time).

To cancel an order, please submit a Support Form with “Cancel/Change Order” as reason for inquiry. Please include your order number in the body or subject line of the email to help us resolve the issue right away. Since orders often ship in 3--7 days after they are placed, it is important to contact us as soon as possible so that we can stop the order before it ships. Once the order is picked up we cannot cancel the order, but we can initiate a return. Please be aware that if the product is customized and there are no quality problems, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once the customization is completed.
