Frespenser Pro 0.1–99.9mL Electronic Bottle-Top Dispenser has high precision and accuracy, along with a motor lift to reduce the physical strain. Microprocessor-controlled, can be set all the parameters in the controller Motor lift piston system, making the dispense more precise and easy to use Large LCD screen, separate design with the main unit which makes the operation more convenient. Two dispensing modes, including the dispenser and stepper functions Includes certification of calibration.
Bottle is not included.

To cancel an order, please submit a Support Form with “Cancel/Change Order” as reason for inquiry. Please include your order number in the body or subject line of the email to help us resolve the issue right away. Since orders often ship in 3--7 days after they are placed, it is important to contact us as soon as possible so that we can stop the order before it ships. Once the order is picked up we cannot cancel the order, but we can initiate a return. Please be aware that if the product is customized and there are no quality problems, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once the customization is completed.
Usually, our lab equipment can not customize and our most of our processing equipment can, if you're not sure, please contact us.

I got this for distributing ingredients into smaller bottles. It arrived in perfect condition. It's exactly what I needed for making sure my products are measured evenly.
This worked wonderfully until it broke, but I contacted their customer service and they quickly sent me a replacement part and a video on how to easily fix it. I appreciate that I was able to fix the small broken piece rather than have to throw the entire thing in the trash, which would have been so wasteful.
