If the merchandise is in stock, we will ship it within 3 to 7 business days for Standard Shipping and about 20 to 30 business days for Sea Shipping. If it is out of stock, we will inform you of the estimated delivery time according to different products. All orders will be processed within 2 days (handling time).

To cancel an order, please submit a Support Form with “Cancel/Change Order” as reason for inquiry. Once the order is picked up we cannot cancel the order, but we can initiate a return.
