To cancel an order, please submit a Support Form with “Cancel/Change Order” as reason for inquiry. Once the order is picked up we cannot cancel the order, but we can initiate a return. Please be aware that if the product is customized and there are no quality problems, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once the customization is completed.
