The single-use bioreactor, derived from stainless steel bioreactor technology, simplifies operations and reduces the risk of cross-contamination in the cultivation of various cell lines.
The SUB500 is a stired-tank, disposable bioreactor for cultivating human, mammalian, and animal cells. lt combines the efficiency of single-use systems with the high performance of conventional stainless steel bioreactors. The single-use design eliminates tedious cleaning, sterilization, and reducing setup times. The unique stiring system brings better gas transfer and liquid mixing, thus achieving faster production speed and a higher yield. With a wide volume range from 50L to 2000L, the SUB500 is a perfect choice for lab, pilot-scale oiindustrial scale applications.

Stir
- Using a low shear force downward pressure stirring paddle to form an axial flow
- Fully mixing the materials in the tank and keeping the cells in the culture system under the suspension status to enable the sufficient contact of cells and nutrient substances
- The low shear force stiring paddle disperses the bottom bubbles and evenly distributes them into the culture medium
- lmproving the mass transfer efficiency between gas and liquid to meet the needs of cell culture

Heating and cooling
- Connect the PT1000 sensor with a doublelaver wall jacket and associate it with a TCU temperature control unit to ensure efficient heating, cooling, and uniformity of solution temperature. Provide temperature protection, over temperature alarm, and automatic stop of heating due to overheating
- The software system complies with the standards for computer system from development to GMP production phase and relevantrequirements of GAMP5 and 21 CFR Part 11
