This system features high-efficiency hot and cold vacuum extraction with a vacuum level of -0.95 to -1.0 bar, supported by a dual-pump, 8-channel vacuum pipeline design for uniform performance. Its large SUS304 stainless steel inner tank (2900×4300×2700mm) is heated across three independent zones with a total power of 120kW, allowing precise temperature control from room temperature up to 150°C, with a working temperature around 120°C and a rapid heating rate of 5–10°C per minute. A 0.75kW exhaust fan enables fast cooling after processing, while quick-connect vacuum lines and a manual double-opening door ensure both operational efficiency and ease of maintenance.

- Two vacuum pipelines outside the box, adopting a double-tube double-pump design, each vacuum pump is connected to 1, the main pipeline enters the box and is divided into 4 pipelines, 2 The main pipelines enter the box and are divided into 4 channels for vacuum extraction on the left and right, a total of 8 channels, and the vacuum degree of the 2 main pipelines can be monitored. The stainless steel KF40 wave wire tube is quickly connected to the male and female heads of the frame vacuum chamber.

To cancel an order, please submit a Support Form with “Cancel/Change Order” as reason for inquiry.
