This system features high-efficiency hot and cold vacuum extraction with a vacuum level of -0.95 to -1.0 bar, supported by a dual-pump, 8-channel vacuum pipeline design for uniform performance. Its large SUS304 stainless steel inner tank (2900×4300×2700mm) is heated across three independent zones with a total power of 120kW, allowing precise temperature control from room temperature up to 150°C, with a working temperature around 120°C and a rapid heating rate of 5–10°C per minute. A 0.75kW exhaust fan enables fast cooling after processing, while quick-connect vacuum lines and a manual double-opening door ensure both operational efficiency and ease of maintenance.
