Lab1st SPD-N series short path distillation unit offers a cost-effective and reliable solution for purifying small amounts of compound or distilling materials that are unstable at high temperature. Model SPD-20N has a 20L boiling flask and new design distillation head that is made with high borosilicate glass. It is also equipped with receiving flask with valves instead of 1-to-1 or 1-to-3 flask, ensuring a vacuum environment and continuous discharge, and the newly re-designed distillation head with larger vacuum jacket can reduce heat loss during distillation.
Advantages:
- Newly re-designed distillation head with larger vacuum jacket for less heat loss during distillation, increased internal diameter for more efficient distillation.
- Using receiving flask with valves instead of 1-to-1 or 1-to-3 flask, which guarantees the vacuum environment and realizes continuous discharge.
- Using thermowell instead of screw adapter, ensuring no gas leakage
- Using KF25 flange and flexible stainless steel vacuum bellow instead of barb adapter and silicone hose, for better vacuum environment

- Desktop precise heater/chiller, 15L reservoir, -5 to 95C * 1 set

Apart from 20L volume, we also provide 2L, 5l and 10L options.

If the merchandise is in stock, we will ship it within 3 to 7 business days for Standard Shipping and about 20 to 30 business days for Sea Shipping. To cancel an order, please submit a Support Form with “Cancel/Change Order” as reason for inquiry. Please include your order number in the body or subject line of the email to help us resolve the issue right away. Since orders often ship in 3--7 days after they are placed, it is important to contact us as soon as possible so that we can stop the order before it ships. Once the order is picked up we cannot cancel the order, but we can initiate a return. Please be aware that if the product is customized and there are no quality problems, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once the customization is completed.
