Lab1st GMD-C series glass molecular distillation unit features durability, fast distillation rate, safe and convenient operation. GMD-100C distillation system has 0.1㎡ (1.1sqft) distillation area and can process 0.75-7.5L material per hour (1.5-3L/h for crude cbd oil).
It is made of superior borosilicate glass, so the whole distillation process is totally visible. The all-in-one control panel and unique wiper structure design brings you convenient and durable operation. In addition, continuous feeding and discharging ensure a high processing capacity of the system.
Compared to GMD-100A, GMD-100C has a stainless steel cooling coil cold trap and one chiller, you no need to add dry ice, making the process more convenient. Moreover, it has an extra external condenser to collect terpenes separately.
Structure:
The turnkey GMD-100C system includes all you need, as below:
- Evaporator Unit: 0.1㎡ evaporation body, standard with dewar-style cold trap
- Main Heater: 2kW heating power, up to 300C
- Pre-heater: 1.5kW heating power, up to 300C
- Heater/Chiller for Internal Condenser: 500W heating & cooling capacity, -5 to 95C
- Rotary Vane Pump: Dual stage, 4L/s gas displacement
- Additional Terpene Condenser: Glass terpene condenser for collecting terpenes
- Chiller for Terpene Condenser: 1kW chilling power, down to -20C
- Peristaltic Pump Module: Peristaltic pump module with connections, for continuous inlet
- Glass Valve Module for Continuous Outlet: Glass valves with clamps for continuous outlet
- Diffusion Pump: Air-cooled diffusion pump, 80L/s gas displacement,for higher vacuum
- Stainless Steel Coil Connection Kit: As a -80C cold finger for the cold trap
- Chiller for Cold Trap: 2 x 1hp compressors, down to -80C

To cancel an order, please submit a Support Form with “Cancel/Change Order” as reason for inquiry. Please include your order number in the body or subject line of the email to help us resolve the issue right away. Since orders often ship in 3--7 days after they are placed, it is important to contact us as soon as possible so that we can stop the order before it ships. Once the order is picked up we cannot cancel the order, but we can initiate a return. Please be aware that if the product is customized and there are no quality problems, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once the customization is completed.
