Wiped Film Evaporator (WFE) is used for concentration, distillation, stripping, dehydration and deodorization of heat-sensitive or viscous products. The equipment can handle a wide range of feed ingredients in concentrations ranging from 1% to over 95%, It helps in moderating the evaporation ratios.
Falling Film Evaporator (FFE) is an industrial device for concentrating solutions, especially for heat-sensitive components. The evaporator is a special type of heat exchanger that is used to separate 2 or more substances with different boiling point temperatures.
Rotary Evaporator (rotavap) is a device used in chemistry laboratories to efficiently and gently remove solvents from samples by evaporation, it also used in molecular cooking for the preparation of distillates and extracts.

Wiped film evaporators (WFE) are designed to process a variety of products efficiently and reliably by introducing a mechanically stirred feed film onto a heated surface to continuously separate volatile compounds. WFE operates under high vacuum to reduce operating temperatures for high boiling and heat sensitive products. Short residence times minimize thermal history to prevent thermal degradation.

Moreover, it also equipped with heating / cooling circulators and vacuum pumps to make its function perfect.

With capacities ranging up to 2500l/h and a relatively small footprint, falling film evaporators are the most widely used evaporators in the process industry. Particularly suitable for temperature-sensitive products, liquids containing low amounts of solids and low to moderate tendency to scale.
Lab1st Falling Film Evaporator is made of SS316L stainless steel and come with throughput from 100L/h to 2500L/h (ethanol), with over 99% single pass solvent recovery efficiency. As an all-pneumatic system, it can feed and discharge material continuously with pneumatic pumps. What’s more, all-in-control panel with diagram to realize the automatically vacuum control.

A rotary evaporator (or rotavap/rotovap) is a device used in chemical laboratories for the efficient and gentle removal of solvents from samples by evaporation.
Lab1st RE-1 series is a rotary evaporator with manual lifting bath and RE-5 series is with motor lifting bath, which are easy to operate, economical and practical. They also consists of motor, roatary flask, manual lifting bath, condenser and other related parts. We provide standard rotovap from 1 liter to 100 liters, and larger volumes can be customized.
