Vacuum levels range from 100kPa to 0.1kPa, with integrated oxygen concentration control down to 50ppm, regulated by automatic vacuum pump activation. A built-in flow meter (0–100L/min) with pressure-reducing valve supports precise gas control. The cold trap tank automatically vents and drains when the pump stops, while the water-cooled door seal and front-stage condensation filter prevent powder ingress into the vacuum pump. Additional features include a buzzer alarm and digital pressure sensor for enhanced safety and process monitoring.
